The views of the lake & mountains were exceptionally good. the hotel was in a very central setting, very close to everything in town. - It was next to the shopping center. - A quick walk to the lakefront offered added convenience.

I loved being there, everything was absolutely fine.
Easy and incredibly comfortable location beautiful in everything 100 % excellant made it easy to get to key attractions. Highly efficient staff, who gave us awesome suggestions.

The room was air-conditioned, tastefully decorated, and had a modern design, just the way I wanted. the view of the lake and mountains from the room was magnificent. - the location was comfortable and easy, with a public park just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. - the staff was really helpful and amazingly efficient.

Every staff member was accommodating and superbly friendly. Truly enjoyed the private queen studio with excellent view. - the location for Taupo was great, adjacent to cute cafes, the city center, shopping center, supermarket.
